Training women and students in building capacity, is a part of on-going efforts of Paadhai. The residential school that Paadhai supports in Wayanad and the rural/tribal communities that we support have regular programs to enhance their skills.

Once capacity is built, we identify the right kind of project to apply these strengths. What initially starts with training of students in tailoring, evolves into a production center that can earn livelihood.
