Paadhai is a unique, transformative social purpose enterprise that focuses on improving the lives of those less fortunate.
The word PAADHAI means 'the way' or 'the path' - in the South Indian language, (தமிழ்) Tamil. Our organization aims to guide disadvantaged and underprivileged Indian populations out of the cycle of poverty and deprivation. We do this through education and targeted skills training, increasing individual and community resilience, independence and self reliance.
We believe that connecting individuals and communities will create opportunities for endless possibilities. We identify people or communities in need and connect them with passionate volunteers and donors who are strongly committed to social purpose interventions. Their contribution of financial and in-kind support for marginalized populations opens an infinite array of opportunities.
